Lou and Phil live from St. John's University in the WSJU studios open the show reacting to Thursday night's game between the Chiefs and the Texans. Then they go around the MLB and break down every division in baseball talking about key divisional races and which teams can make some noise once they get into the playoffs. Then back to the football, Lou and Phil preview every game for Sunday and Monday, who they like and who they don't like. All that and more!

Lou, Phil, and Sagg get together just about 48 hours before the kickoff to the 2020 season between the Texans and the Chiefs to preview the upcoming NFL Season! They open up the show talking about which teams they are most excited to watch play this season. Then they go to the two local teams, and discuss if either the Jets or Giants have done enough in the offseason and training camp to be in playoff contention (22:00). Then, they predict the division winners and 3 Wild Card teams in both conferences, as well as Offensive Rookie of the Year, Defensive Rookie of the Year, Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year, Comeback Player of the Year, and the MVP (47:45). And finally, they give their picks against the spread between the Texans and Chiefs (1:12:40)!
