In the first of a new series looking at the book of Hebrews, John asks the fundamental question, who is Jesus to you?

In the last of our series, Jack looks at how the church is to be visible and bold in it's proclamation of the good news of the gospel.

The church is the army of God, fighting a battle against spiritual forces which would seek to hold back God's Kingdom on the earth.

The Bridegroom is coming! We, his bride, are being made ready. How might we prepare ourselves best for his arrival? Are we as excited as John the Baptist was to see him come? Are we making our best efforts to present ourselves to him as pure and clean? How do we do this? By the blood of Jesus, not by our own efforts. Do we believe ourselves to be beautiful? Do we understand our position? What does it look like love and submit to Jesus like a wife to her husband? How can we lay our lives down for the church

The church is the body of Christ on the earth, our many parts representing his fullness through our multiplicity of gifts.

The church is a family, in fact we define family. So, no matter what your experience of family, the church should be the best example of what it means to love, serve and relate to one another.

It is only by God's grace that sinners like us can be brought together to form a beautiful, diverse and active church community

Hannah encourages us to return to Jesus, the one who is the source of living water.
