What is God inviting us to know about Himself in and through Joseph's story in Genesis? If we have ears to hear, then we will be able to see the sovereignty and loving care of God the Father. We will be able to better trust His good character not only when we find ourselves on the mountain peak but also in the difficult times of life when we find ourselves in the pit.

God is with us.

We all know that life is messy, and the Bible does not shy away from that fact. Actually, it shows us real truth of what life apart from God looks like—the real effects of sin in and on our lives. But it doesn't stop there. No, God's amazing grace shines brightly in the midst of pain and darkness, and it is a true hope for all people of all ages.
