The final part of our 2020 VISION Series. The idea is that our spiritual health is directly related to our physical and emotional health. Our scripture passage is out of Haggai chapter 1. If we want to have a consistent and deep spiritual life we need to set aside time for God to be FIRST in every area of our life.

Spiritual health is directly related to physical and emotional health. Take care of yourself physically and direct your thoughts towards God and you will move towards Him.

This week we dive into the topic of our physical health. What does it look like to be physically healthy in our everyday lives?

Why did Jesus come as a baby, in an insignificant town, in a stable, surrounded by lowly people? Why didn't the son of God come pampered and served in a royal palace? Jesus came as a humble king to give us hope...to show us that he understands us.

When we begin to focus on knowing God more and worshipping Him with our lives, we begin to see His heart for people. We catch His vision and His mission and it becomes our own.
