Doorkeepers of Revival - Lesson 7 - Part II
1. Breaking the Mold
Mark 8:31-33
To sustain the presence and power of God, there must be a wine skin (church structure) that supports that goal. We can’t pour new wine into old wine skins!
2. From Glory to Glory
If we are truly chasing God, he’s not going to remain in one spot. In revival, we grow from Glory to Glory. If you don’t grow with revival, it will outgrow you.
3. Upper Room Experience
They came out with a Spirit birthed, Spirit filled plan, that dictated everything they did from that point on.
4. Cultivation of Atmosphere
You must have the contenders and the intercessors, pushing and pressing on behalf of those who don’t know or understand how to do so.
5. Unity in Leaders is Vital
Disunity is one of the primary enemies of revival, and has been the decline and downfall of many of them.
6. Gear Church or River Church
A gear is predictable, it’s always turning and going the same direction doing the same exact thing. But water, when poured, is always going to land in a different place. The spirit is a river!
