In our fourth episode, we celebrate the completion of a full-year journey together.  In this chapter, we turn to the themes of Celebration & Abundance, reflecting the vibrant energy of the summer season. After reconnecting during our walks in Zurich, Vienna, and Edinburgh, we now shift our focus to how the warmth and richness of summer inspire us to regenerate spirituality.

In this episode, we explore the following questions:

• How do you celebrate the abundance of this golden summer time?
• What are some ancestral summer traditions from your culture? Can you relate to some ancestral traditions?
• How do you perceive the energy of the sun at the moment in your own life?
• Lovers used to hold hands and jump over the fire. Can you relate to this? 
• Which of your seeds are flourishing at the moment?

 Exploring the four seasons as a group has sparked profound insights and inspiring conversations, deepening our connection to both nature and spirituality. This journey has been transformative, and we are filled with gratitude for each of you who has joined us along the way.

In our third episode, we focus on Birth & Regrowth, two major themes of the spring season. We have held discussions while walking along rivers in Zurich, Vienna, and Edinburgh on the winter solstice, and now reconvene to share our thoughts on regenerating spirituality.

In our walks we discussed:

• How one feels around the spring season ?
• Do you feel connected to the ancient ways of celebrating the arrival of Spring ?
• Do you feel something has been newly born after wintertime ? 
• What changes do you expect, what are your feelings towards these changes ?

In our first episode, we focus on Abundance and Harvest. We have held discussions while walking along rivers in Zurich, Vienna, and Edinburgh on the autumnal equinox, and now reconvene to share our thoughts on regenerating spirituality. We begin here a process, focused on the seasons. First, we harvest. What can we learn from 1000s of years of humanity’s engagement with spirituality? What, amongst that abundance, can we align with the need for humanity to connect with regenerative practices, lifestyles, and mindsets?

• How do you practice and what do you practice in the context of spirituality? 
• For you, what do you find regenerative in your engagement with spirituality?
• What does abundance and harvest mean for you in the context of spirituality?
