BOTTOM LINE: Be Kind To Yourself

GOAL: To help students recognize unhelpful thoughts they have about their bodies and to encourage them to choose to be kind to themselves in place of those thoughts.

SCRIPTURE: Search me, God, and know my heart: test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me (Psalm 139:23-24a NIV).

I will praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well (Psalm 139:14 NIV).
