April 15, 20221. Layne ParmenterLayne Parmenter has worked as a river guide for 50 years. He recently retired as a teacher and principal after 38 years in the Wyoming school system. In 2014 he received the National Distinguished Principal award. Since 2014 he has served on the Harvard Principal Training Center Advisory Board associated with Harvard's Graduate School of Education. He has been a river guide on the Main Salmon River in Idaho and in the Grand Canyon. He is a wealth of knowledge and laughter.
