Acts 2 describes this brand new community of faith as a community that was so radically generous that there was no need among them. This is an incredible challenge and invitation for us today!

The church in Acts 2 lived lives of prayer and devotion to the Presence of Christ in community and the breaking of bread. They also saw great works of God's power in and through their community.

Sizwe shows us from Acts 2 how when we are desperate, we cling to corrupt idols in a corrupt world. However, in our desperation, we need to cling to the life that is Jesus!

God's intention is that the flow of God's Spirit starts with us, flows to the next generation and also flows to those who are far from God. Today's challenge is that we become unblocked so God's love and power can flow.

Many of us have prayed for more of God's Presence. While we cannot control God, we CAN control how we relate and respond to God. Today we look at things we can do that will align ourselves with God's Presence and remove obstacles that get in the way of more of God's Presence in our lives.
