The simple fool is a fool who has not developed discernment. Because of this, he is dangerously immature and extremely gullible. Without instruction and consistent disciple, the simple fool will quickly progress to greater foolishness.

When Solomon wrote about going to the house of God, he wrote that we should be ready to hear. God is always willing to speak, but often we are not ready to hear Him. In His providence, He is always doing something in our lives to make us ready to hear. When God speaks and we hear Hi, it is wonderful, because we understand that He is interested in our lives.

Jesus Christ will be the King of the Millennium Kingdom. With Jesus being the king, every subject has the right and responsibility to find out what the King’s will is for their life and do it.

When Solomon considered his kingdom, he beheld the tears of the people. Oppression seemed powerful, and the people seemed to have no comforter to hepl them. To Solomon, this made life vanity and vexation. He was considering life under the sun, apart from God. For those who know the Lord, we have a Comforter who beholds our tears and who guides us as we trust Him.

Daniel 7:13-14, 27

When the Lord Jesus was put under oath by the high priest ( Matthew 26:63-64), the Lord referred him to Daniel 7:13-14. Jesus claimed that He was the person referred to in these verses of Daniel. The Bible further describes the government as one lead by the Spirit of God. We can learn to be lead and filled with Spirit today.

Historical day will rule as a regent with Jesus Christ as the King. The redeemed saints who have been faithful in this life will rule and reign with Jesus. Our faithfulness today determines our level of responsibility during that kingdom.
