Don't rely on good works to save you. God's blessing is a gift; you can only receive it by faith in Christ.

Faith in Christ is better than faith in works because of how we experience the work of God in our lives.

Because there is only one gospel, we must ensure our conduct keeps in step with the truth of the gospel, or we may be in opposition to it.

Don't be surprised by Christ's resurrection.

Jesus was prepared to be adored as Israel’s King, yet he lamented over those who rejected him and were blind to the peace that only he could bring.

Because there is only one gospel, we must know, defend, proclaim, and live it faithfully before all people.

 In life, we will regularly be faced with the temptation to compromise the truths of God’s Word. But through the encouragement of Scripture, we can stand firm in the faith.

There is no reason to proclaim any other gospel because the gospel we have received comes from God and transforms lives.

People pleasers don't make good servants of Christ.
