They roll of the tongue so easily and with so little effort: Christian cliches! Ever find yourself going to one of those handy cliches to explain the event and choices in life? Well, there is a particular kind of cliche we use to describe our understanding of God’s will that involves doors! This message examines (and blows up) some of those cliches in our continuing study of the wilderness experience in the Book of Numbers!

Our continuing adventure, in search of ‘ancient paths’ takes us to a little town of Pilot Mound, Manitoba about 200 years ago…and to an artisan’s shop in Jerusalem 2600 years ago! This week, we discover our third ancient path! But be warned, it is not just a leisurely stroll! This is a demanding and potentially dangerous hike up a very steep incline that will challenge everything inside of you!
