This guided activity is designed to help you examine areas of resentment, anger, and sadness; and to open the door for healing relationships. Once the wounds are identified, creative visualization techniques help you let go of them and move on. The focus throughout is claiming the pain of the past and releasing it through the power of choice.

Begin with Affirmation: I am entitled to speak from my heart and express my feelings. I am developing integrity every time I speak the truth.

Closing Line: Events from the past have no power to hurt me today. I am safe and protected at all times.
