More medals for Paralympics GB Para Cyclists as Lora Fachie and her Pilot win a bronze medal in the Individual Road Time Trials at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and not that far behind Sophie Unwin and her Pilot Jenny Holl with their Silver medal.

RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey caught up with Lora and Corrine just after the road time trials had finished to find out how they got on in the heat of the afternoon out on the roads of Clichy-Sous-Bois.

Let's check in with Paralympics GB House as Allan Russell chats with Krysten Coombs, who won silver in para badminton at the Paralympic Games this year.

In the final of the Men’s SL3 Para Badminton at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games on Tuesday (3 September 2024) Bethell in his second Paralympic Games won a Silver with just missing out on Gold to Kumar Nitesh of India.

RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey caught up with Dan on the terrace of Paralympics GB House to find out how the competition for Dan had been over the whole games and how he was feeling winning his Silver medal and just missing out on Gold.

Robert Doorington is one of the Paralympics GB Volunteers who has been helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly at Paralympics GB House in Paris, meeting some of the Paralympics GB Athletes and ensuring that they get to there press interviews on time. 

Robert tells RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey why he wanted to become a Paralympics GB Volunteer in Paris, what it has been like meeting some of the athletes and what he will take away from the experience being out here in Paris and being a Volunteer for Paralympics GB.

It takes a lot of organisation to look after all the athletes competing in the Paralympics 2024 in Paris and Allan Russell got to head behind the scenes with House Co-Ordinator Terry Race for a tour of GB House.

On the terrace of Paralympics GB House RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey was joined by Dave Ellis and his pilot Luke Pollard who won a Gold in the Paratriathlon PTVI classification at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Following a few moves of the start of the Paratriathlon Dave and Luke’s start got away at 12 noon on Monday 2 September 2024 and about half an hour before Dave’s partner Claire Cashmore competed in the PTS5 classification and coming away with a Silver medal too.
