The stage, made out of half-inch electric conduit, was designed to be sturdy yet portable. But it needed curtains to bring it to life. Enter Nadine Keach, a talented seamstress who offered her skills to create the perfect curtains for the puppet stage. However, finding the right fabric proved to be a challenge. The solution? A visit to JCPenney's white sale where they discovered crushed velvet bedspreads in just the right colors.
