I love coffee, community, and connection. Since moving to Louisville, Kentucky, coffee has been my way of connecting with my new community. I visit Ntaba Coffee Haus pretty often, mainly because they bring a comfy coziness to the neighborhood. It has become a place where I go to work, meet, and sometimes just breathe amid the light hustle and bustle of morning customers and afternoon meeting chatter. 

Since taking over in June 2024, Ntaba has begun offering mobile coffee ordering, jazz nights and a community bible study. It's my go-to spot for a light healthy breakfast, and warm community hug! If you're- local visit them over on Brownboro Road soon!

Nature and animals hold a great deal of wisdom and can offer us valuable lessons relevant to our daily lives. This podcast episode is dedicated to the animals we encounter daily and how they can provide us with healing messages, and guidance.

Do you have daily animal visitors like I do each day? Adorable brown hares, a crew of crows, grey squirrels, and bluebirds are all around me and visit my back door and front window from time. I've taken a moment to look up the spiritual meanings and symbolism of what these adorable visitors may be trying to share with me.

Nicole Bartlett believes we all have the ability to self-heal in some capacity and wanted to run a business that offered holistic health options to embrace this. She spent 10 years in biotechnology managing global brands that benefited immunity through nutrition. This engrained the understanding of preventative health for longevity, and she felt the need to share this information with her community. She’s now a wife, mother to 3 children, and an advocate of equal rights and community wholeness. She believes relationships, whether to self, one another, or our planet, offer us the opportunity to live out our soul's work. Her passion fuels the creativity she brings to the world.

Nicole opened the Cave in 2015 and it has become a space for spiritual and self-discovery, and has eased allergy symptoms for thousands in the Ohio Valley over the past 5 years. Nicole and the salt cave are based in Louisville, Kentucky.
