Just over a week ago I finished running a Double Marathon (52.4 Miles) along the Cotswold Way all in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Running this race taught me so much about resilience, mindset, perspective, and controlling your self talk. In this podcast episode I take a deep dive into this lessons that I learnt and my experience of running for just over 13 hours!!!
