There's always a lot to be discussed when teammates from SEAL Team 6 and SEAL Team 3 are in the room, especially when that member of "Six" is none other than Robert O'Neill. Author of "The Operator," and best known as the shooter of the most known terrorist Osama Bin Laden, Robert is the real deal and has a hell of a resume. It should also be noted that during Rob's time there, SEAL Team 6/DEVRGU was behind some of the most notable missions. These include the rescue of Captain Phillips, Extortion 17, Operation Red Wings (the mission behind "Lone Survivor,") as well as the ordeal involving Bowe Bergdahl.

We go beyond the mission itself though, and talk the importance of mindset and not letting fear turn into panic. Rob also lets you in on the mission behind his charity Your Grateful Nation which helps returning spec ops vets transition into a career. You can visit Rob online at RobertJONeill.com and follow him @McHooyah.
