As we look at the last of the "Fruit of the Spirit" from the 5th chapter of the letter to the Galatians, we see that instead of gratifying the desires of the sinful nature we should be investing in an eternal harvest in heaven.

What is gentleness? Is it just another word for weakness? We look at the gentleness of Jesus, and Paul's change from anger to gentleness to see that it is really "strength with self control". This leads to challenging questions about our own character and where we need to allow the Holy Spirit to bear greater fruit in this area of our lives.

What makes a good friend? History, fun, kindness?

In seeing the ultimate faithfulness of God, proven by the cross and the resurrection of Jesus, we learn about the faithfulness that is the fruit of God's Spirit in us, His people.
