Food Robots are here and they are making quite the debut at the Beijing Winter Olympics. They are baristas, bartenders, and chefs. You scan a QR code and your order is ready in minutes. Can’t make it all the way to the Olympics to check it out no problem, me either. Florida’s got you though meet Cecilia-ai she is hanging out and hosting at Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.

Scoot over meatless Monday, Vegan Friday is here, and we're here for it! School lunch goes Vegan. “New York City [has] been offering Meatless Mondays since 2019 and Meatless Fridays since April [2022]- now they may still be figuring out the kinks and equity of the vegan experience for all schools. This is not a new per-say but, would love to see this change in other “progressive states” like California.
Drink: Don’t Stop Whining Now
Wine sales have been down. Apparently, millennials are just not that into it compared to their parent's generation. Why? Well, it’s not that we don’t have a reason to drink we just reach for beer or cocktail.
People are getting ready for some segg-y, love Dovey, cutey time or you're getting ready for just another day with food that you love and your feeling. Let’s Marry, F**K, Kill Valentines Day food. This is the only thing on my list to also celebrate Black History Month its called “Soul Food”
