School lunch goes Vegan. “New York City [has] been offering Meatless Mondays since 2019 and Meatless Fridays since April [2022]- now they may still be figuring out the kinks and equity of the vegan experience for all schools. This is not a new per-say but, would love to see this change in other “progressive states” like California.
