Buckle up! Liam's wrestling with his own inner demons as he witnesses his kind preying on the helpless. Imagine his shock when he catches another vampire casually draining a frail woman! Liam just can't stomach it!

This is where things get interesting! Liam goes full-on rogue protector! Not only is he refusing to feast on the famine-stricken Irish, but he's actively fighting off other vampires who are! Word gets around and he becomes a shadowy guardian, protecting the most vulnerable.

But here comes the conflict! The ancient vampire overlords hear about Liam's little rebellion and they are NOT happy. These guys see the famine as an all-you-can-eat buffet and they're not about to let some moralistic newbie spoil their fun! They confront Liam, ready to put him back in his place!

Can Liam stand against the big baddies of the vampire world? With a starving boy and a rosary-wielding granny at his side, he takes on the vampire elite! The ensuing battle is epic! Dirt flying, prayers echoing, fangs clashing! Will Liam's newfound humanity be enough to survive?
