After a few weeks off and some time to reflect, this week I had a new friend on the show to talk about what we learned in our perspective first years. Her first year of college and my first year out. I learned a lot this year and some of that is highlighted here in this episode. I'm looking forward to revamping RTO for the fall and I hope you'll join me then but until mid-august. HAGS. 

This week I found the anomaly that is a Tinder Success Story, or so it seems. Dom and Grace are coming up to their first full year as an official couple and its all thanks to Tinder. We talked about how this whole thing came to be and tested the relationship with a newlywed game to make everyone think. This week I took on watching all 22 movies in the Marvel Universe in the span of 11 days. I was not emotionally prepared for the roller coaster of feelings that ensued. Brenna and I tried to process all of this about 24 hours after finishing the saga and then ended up talking about a variety of topics including life after college and cats v dogs. 

This week I had my fraternity brother, and good friend, Dr. Jeff Niehaus on the show to talk about life after college and a little bit more. Dr. Niehaus is a graduate of Purdue University and just so happens to be the oldest guest on my show so far. This week we dove into a little bit of the pressure recent grads feel to have it all figured out and how perfectly okay it is to have no clue where you're going in life upon graduation. This week #RobTakesOn Thailand as my guest this week shares his postgrad experience thus far. Jordan graduated in May of 2018 from Christopher Newport University, got married, and moved to Thailand with his College sweetheart and it has been a roller coaster ever since. Jordan and I talk about his experience traveling the world, adjusting to married life and post grad life all while working on his MBA in another country. Sounds like a lot to handle but Jordan is adamant that he's just another recent grad trying to make it in this world this week on #RobTakesOn DJ Pancake and Thai Adventures

This week I sat down with Jumpseat Julianna Wagner to talk about her recent career jump from a college drop out tending bar at a local restaurant in Norfolk to flying the friendly skies as a flight attendant for a major US airline. We touched on how we got to this point, how real jobs make us feel a little more adult and of course we touched on how tough dating can be in your early 20's. This week, past guests come together for a crossover episode with a cameo from a new friend as #RobTakesOn A Blue Ribbon Celebration Since 1893. Carter, Chowder, Bradley and I took to the streets of Norfolk after an Admirals hockey game to enjoy all that Norfolk has to offer. Join us this week as we discover that some things, such as Pabst Blue Ribbons' blue ribbon, is worth celebrating even 100+ years after the fact. 

This weekend my guest, Mary Elam and I, took a trip down to Greensboro, North Carolina to see one of our favorite artists, Ben Rector in concert for my birthday. Along the way we recorded some of the highlights of our weekend from a conversation about being a 5th year, to a night out on the town to our Disney Bracket Breakdown, we cover it all this weekend as I turn 23 on #RobTakesOn Road Tripping Into the Jordan Year.
