In today's episode, we talk about the R in the FRED Framework which stands for Robustness. It is HARD sometimes. I recorded this episode the morning I was going to get one of my front teeth removed. My shock, horror and disbelief in what my dentist was telling me, why I had no choice but to get it done (or it would have fallen out on me) and all the research rat holes I went down to get to this point. What's crazy is that it is a normal human experience and not just for old people.
