Nathan Campbell, Roc Nation's Head of Global Recruitment for Football, explained to the pod that the goal is not only to nurture elite football talent, but also to ensure these young athletes thrive in their careers and there's lasting impacts left in their communities. Campbell says that the continent is home to future Ballon d'Or contenders.
