IT director, Mike Pritchard was one of many who risked their own lives to disarm the gunman that day. He tells his story for the first time on Rock and Rich Uncomfortable.  

Mike was with Kendrick Castillo in the final moment he passed away at just 18 years old. He shares these chilling events as if they were straight out of a movie.  

Kendrick Castillo was an 18-year-old student who was fatally shot and killed on May 7, 2019. He is a hero who saved countless lives by charging one of the gunman. 

Mike talks about his seemingly hopeless past, riddled with alcoholism, anger issues and the suicide of his fiancé.  He recounts the moments of the shooting that changed his life forever. 

Update: The shooter, Devon Erickson, now 20, was convicted in June of 46 charges, including first-degree murder in the death of Kendrick Castillo, an 18-year-old senior hailed as a hero for trying to stop the attack on a classroom at STEM School Highlands Ranch, south of Denver. He has received life in prison plus more than 1,200 years for the attack that claimed the life of Kendrick Castillo.

UPDATE:
Human remains discovered in Teton County, Wyoming, on Sunday are "consistent with the description of" missing 22-year-old Gabby Petito, FBI officials said in a news conference.

"Full forensic identification has not been completed to confirm 100% that we found Gabby, but her family has been notified of this discovery," said Charles Jones, FBI Denver's supervisory senior resident agent in Wyoming.

Brian Laundrie has been named by police as a "person of interest" in Petito's disappearance. Laundrie has refused to speak to the police and has not been seen since Tuesday, Sept. 14, according to law enforcement officials. 

Gabrielle "Gabby" Petito went missing while on a road trip with her fiancé, Brian Laundrie. Petito, 22, was last in contact with her family in late August when she and Laundrie were visiting Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.
