Mike McBeardo McPadden (Teen Movie Hell) talks about his love of heavy metal movies, Danny James and Erin McDermott (Guitar Magazine) talk movie soundtracks, and Audra Wolfmann (Speakeasily) tests her knowledge of rock star film composers.

Then everyone reminisces about their favorite rock movies from Rock and Roll High School, to Forbidden Zone, to The Last Waltz, to a Star is Born.

Plus, Adam reviews the Green Day documentary Broadway Idiot.

Ryan Lichten shows off his Woodstock 99 collection, Will Gray tests his Suge Knight knowledge, and Aviva Siegel gets into some long standing urban legends about Led Zepplin. Then we discuss the most infamous characters in music, from Jerry Lee Lewis to Big Lurch.

The Beach Boys from the late 60's to the early 80's is the topic this week. Chaki shows off some items from his Beach Boys collection, Alana Amram tests her knowledge of the deep Beach Boys catalog, and Andy Animal answers trivia about the Wilson family. Then we get into the albums Smiley Smile to Keepin' The Summer Alive. Finally, Adam tells a story about seeing Brian Wilson at the mall when he was a kid.

In the inaugural episode of Rock and Roll Party! Ed Shorer talks about slot car racing in rock and roll, Bopha Ul explains why she'd want to do coke with Lemmy, and Niswander plays a round of Hum That Tune.
