Però la raó principal per obrir el programa d'aquesta setmana amb aquesta cançó es retre homenatge al programa que ha estat obrint el que en diem "la marató musical dels dijous a Ràdio Castellterçol" durant els darrers 4+ anys. Aquest programa es diu "Escolta La Música" i combina magistralment bona música de tots els estils amb un gran sentit de l'humor, aplanant el camí per els programes següents, "Rock Clàssic" i "Jazz Som Aquí". Dirigit i presentat per en Manel Seguer i l'Oriol Casso, van anunciar que ho deixaven al seu programa en directe del 30 de Juny de 2022. Moltes gràcies. Us trobarem a faltar...però seguirem insistint en què us hi repenseu i torneu la propera temporada

We open this week with "Listen To The Music", the opening track of the second album by The Doobie Brothers, "Toulouse Street", on its 50th Anniversary. But the main reason to open this week's show with this tune is to pay tribute to the radio show that has been opening what we call "Thursday's music marathon on Radio Castellterçol" during the past 4+ years. This show is called "Escolta La Música" ("Listen to the Music") and combines masterfully good music of all genres with a great sense of humour, making an easier way for the Thursday's following shows "Rock Clàssic" and "Jazz Som Aquí". Conducted by Manel Seguer and Oriol Casso, they called it a day on June 30th 2022 live show. Thank you so much. We'll miss you guys...but we haven't finished yet trying to bring you back next season
