One of the latest developments in the Ketch Brewhouse is the freedom to explore and innovate different styles of beer outside of their already stellar core lineup. One of those beers is their Midwatch Coffee Stout, brewed in collaboration with DropKick Cold Brew. This beer takes a lighter approach to a stout, deemphasizing the roastyness of the malt and using instead Guatemalan sourced coffee to make up the body, its a light drinkable and refreshing take on the style.
