It was a dink I had never heard of before, but after one whiff was eager to try, think of it as like a margarita with pineapple, A LOT of pineapple and SouthNorte calls it the Matador.

Everyone loves a Mule, so SouthNorte turned it up a bit by swapping the vodka for tequila for their Mexican Mule. Ideal for floating around in the pool on the weekend.

When last we saw SouthNorte they were only making beer, now they have a whole line of amazing tequila based craft cocktails!  This week Ryan from SouthNorte drops in to tell us all about the amazing drinks he's crafting all inspired by his time south of the border.  We start with a Paloma!
