Tomorrow is the big 5th anniversary for Ketch Brewing and for this very auspicious occasion they've brewed the biggest beer they have ever dared to undertake.  It's a full bore citrus bomb of 12% triple IPA called Anchor Down...get some!

Part of the fun in brewing is being able to create things that are seasonally relevant, like a lemon IPA at the beginning of summer!  Yellow submarine is a ridiculously bright IPA that your last chance to try will be this weekend.

So fresh and so clean!  Ketch's Celestial Navigation is a perfect example of a West Coast style IPA, that is bright, flora and very easy to drink!

With a name like Billheimer you'd image he'd be rather adept in crafting something that takes its roots back to Cologne Germany.  As we continue our countdown to Ketch Brewing's 5th Anniversary on Saturday, today we tip a glass to the Ketch Kolsch.

It's been a blistering 5 years for Ketch Brewing!  This week we're setting up for the party happening on Sunday.  For Tyler and Sam this is their first chance to bring the entire Ketch friends and family together for a party since the pandemic started.  We kick off the week with a beer that bears the name of the good Dr. with Dr. Billheimer's Magic Pilsner with a sloooooooooow headdy pour.

Yesterday Justin from Mate Make casually dropped that the guys behind Rufus Du Sol are co-founders of Mate Maker.  Today we get to the bottom of that story over a hard kombucha cocktail.

Inspired by co-founders Rufus Du Sol and the Sundream festival.  Mate Maker brewers wanted to craft a beverage that payed homage to the South of the border roots of the festival with a tepache inspired hard kombucha.

Give the Aussies a POG and watch them mix it up, in the best way possible!  Keep the Passion Fruit, keep the Guava, ditch the Orange and use a Blood Orange instead.
