Scott Stevens started out as the lead singer of the band The Exies who had a couple of big hits in the mid 2000's like "Ugly" and "My Goddess" He then moved his career into the music production world as a co-writer and producer. Since he's worked with Shinedown, Daughtry, Halestorm, Skillet, and Dorthy just to name a few.
