With the recent announcement by Best Buy that will not be selling CD's in their stores as of July 1st and that Target is making music manufacturers sell them only on a consignment basis, is this the end of an era? I posed this question on my Facebook page as well and most seemed to say they've only been going to the local independent record shop anyway. What about nationally? CD sales have been dwindling for years. Let's discuss.
