When tragedy strikes, where do you turn? Our world seems a bit in disarray right now, but the good news is, there is hope for the world.

We hear it all the time - the battle belongs to the Lord. Sometimes we need to surrender to win the war, but identifying what we need to need to surrender can be difficult when the noise is deafening.

Do you want to live a courageous life? After the death of Moses, Joshua succeeded him as the leader of Israel, and he needed some encouragement to live courageously. We need that encouragement today as well. God wants us to live courageously!

Transformation is a process, not a destination. Christ changes us. Whether you have been a seasoned believer for 50 years or accepted Christ yesterday, your transformation is continual.

Life is keeping us busy, and if we are not careful, we can live our lives on a permanent pause. We need to live for today. Our past is the past, our future is not written, we only have today.

We need rest, and we need nourishment. Jesus understood this better than anyone, and He guided His disciples to get away to a quiet place to rest, refresh, and restore their weary souls and bodies. Jesus wants this for us as well.

Are you shouting that you need a break? Are you ready for the spinning plates to slow down? The Lord invites you to rest with Him for a few moments and reset your day and week.

Is your backpack weighing you down? Do you feel like you are getting close to the ground instead of heaven? If so, your burdens might be weighing you down, but Jesus has the answer.
