This message rejoices in God's great mercy seen in the immediate aftermath of man's fall. Genesis 3 is more about mercy than it is about sin, but mercy that shines bright in light of the greatness of man's sin.

In this message we see how Jesus sent his disciples into the storm to challenge their faith and cause them to fix it more firmly on Him by coming to understand better Who He really is. He asks them -Where is Your Faith-- They ask -Who, then, is this--

Because Jesus, as God, knows what is -in- every person and is able to discern the difference between a shallow, temporary faith and a genuine disciple's faith, we must seek to have the kind of disciple's faith that saves by casting all on Him and following Him.

As men committed to living for Christ, we must understand the irreplaceable influence we have on our wive an children, and be intentional about making sure it is an influence that is leading them to Christ. We can only do this by His grace, which he supplies through our daily walk with Him.

Because Jesus is Lord of the Temple whose work replaces that of the temple, we must look to and draw near to Him alone by faith in order to know and walk with the Lord.

Because Jesus reveals His glory in turning water into wine, we must see Him for Who He is, recognizing Him as the rich source of all joy and grace, and put our trust in Him.

Because Jesus has shows himself to be the true King and only way of salvation, we must follow him as he reveals more of himself and more of God to us than we can possibly imagine. Hear Jesus' call to come and follow Him-

Because Jesus invites us to come, see who He is and enter fellowship with him, we must do so if we wish to be His disciples.

Because Jesus is the Lamb of God and our only Savior, we must look to Him alone as the source of all salvation.

In John's early ministry we see that, because Christ alone is the Savior all people need, our calling is to point others away from ourselves to Him- Here we see both how John fulfilled Old Testament prophesy about a forerunner who would point to the coming of Christ, and how we must likewise point people to Christ
