You know Rocky Carroll from Chicago Hope, Law & Order, The Game, Boston Legal, The West Wing, Crimson Tide, or of course his role as Director Leon Vance on NCIS. What you may not know is that just like most of you, Rocky was born and raised right here in Cincinnati Ohio. Rex's dad, David Stull, was Rocky's drama teacher at the School for Creative and Performing Arts, and was one of the figures who helped Rocky choose between his dreams of professional baseball, or professional acting.
