Roger and Larry Troutman were famous musicians, not fish wearing suits.  As songwriter and frontman of the band Zapp, Roger had a big hand in the invention and perfection of funk music.  His brother Larry, his long time manager and bandmate, tragically shot him then killed himself after a business dispute.  Dave and Hampton discuss their storied lives, and the fact that they were definitely fish wearing suits.
