In this ROL Chapel session we talk about the armor of God and our need to stand firm in the LORD. He is our sure foundation and our strength.

In this ROL Chapel session we discuss not following the world system but instead following Jesus in Faith. Holding to our faith no matter the circumstances we are facing.

In this ROL Chapel session we talk about the abundance of fear in the world right now and that we don't need to fear because we have hope in God.

In this ROL Chapel session we read from Zechariah 1. This is were the Prophet Zechariah speaks to the people of Israel, the Hebrew nation, a word from God to return to Him. I found the passage necessary for both the believe and the unbeliever; in that, we all need to return to God and turn from our sinful ways. As followers of Jesus we are call to live righteously in and through Jesus. In doing this we everyday must make the decision return to God and repent. The life of a follower of Jesus is a life of daily repentance and living in faith. The unbeliever is being sought out by the LORD for His glory; that they may turn to Him, repent and follow Him. That through Jesus they can be washed clean, be sealed with Holy Spirit and be reconciled to God.

In this ROL Chapel session we go through Matthew 24:29-31 and discuss the return of Jesus being after the Tribulation period. We use other passages to show this truth further; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and Revelation 20:4-6. The Gospel is also preached and we saw God move in the hearts of 3 people that raised their hands stating they wanted to give their lives to Jesus.

In this Lighthouse Chapel session we talk about suicide and how it is not God's plan but God can restore hope when we are hopeless. I shared some of my personal struggles with the topic of suicide and what God brought me through. Ultimately I point back to Jesus being our hope and that we need to lay everything at the feet of God.

In this Lighthouse Chapel session we talk about Jesus as the focal point of everything. He is woven through all of Scripture. He is the beginning and end; the first and last; alpha and omega. We will either worship and follow Him or we will choose to turn from Him and live for ourself. He has given you the choice while you have breath in your lungs.

In this ROL Chapel session we go through Matthew 24:15-28. I make sure that the warnings we see in the passage are emphasized because as followers of Jesus we need to know that we could be deceived and lead astray. We must stand firm in our faith and endure.

In this ROL Chapel session we had some just general discussion that is not included due to poor audio quality. The conversation lead to us talking about dying to self and living for Jesus and remaining faithful to Him. Our faith in Him should cause us to continually turn from sin; not continue it because of grace. We are called to die to self and live in Christ Jesus.

Today I had the privilege of giving the Chapel message at the Lighthouse Rescue Mission. I laid out the fact that we are all sinners, that Jesus took on the punishment for our sins and that we can have redemption in Jesus. God definitely worked on hearts and two men surrendered their lives to Jesus. I look forward to speaking in the Chapel at Lighthouse just about every Saturday from here on out.
