Each of you has a role to play. 

Have you ever been on a team or in an organization where you didn't fully understand your role?  The coach or boss had high expectations for you but you had no idea how to live up to them.  You didn't have any clarity on what it meant to succeed or help the organization move forward.  It's a frustrating place to be.

It's no different in marriage.  When we don't have clarity and don't fully understand what we bring to the table and how we help our marriage and family move forward it creates a lot of issues between a couple.
