Now, if you’ve worked in a large company, you’ll know that everyone has a title, everyone had a role within that company. And, with that role comes responsibilities that that person is accountable for.

 

For many small business owners, though, the concept of roles and accountability can be a tricky one to navigate - which is why we’re bringing you this presentation.

 

In this episode, you’ll hear about:

 

 - the benefits of outlining roles and accountability within your business

 - ensuring that the right people are in the right roles

 - recognising when the right time is to hire someone to fulfil a role, or place of accountability within the company.
