We often describe life ( and love!) as a rollercoaster ride. It’s a description meant to portray them as being a wild, twist-turning bumpy ride full of ups and downs…but if you think about it …when we ride roller coasters, the cars we are strapped into follow a track the entire ride, no matter how upside down it gets. And that is the thing we fail to see when it comes to life and love in our lives, we want the fun but we don’t want to acknowledge that even though it might get wild, whatever we experience, just like the roller coaster ride, we are still on track.
So in this episode let’s discuss how we can loosen up, have fun, and use the loop de loops to show us that even if it feels like we’re falling , we are always strapped into the life we are here to enjoy. So c’mon!Join me!
