A journey through the world down at 105bpm...

I did this Mix back in 2019 after three weeks under the Cali sun! Since being in L.A. primarily means being stuck in traffic I had plenty of time to listen to Power 106 on the radio. The tracks in this mix where in heavy rotation at that time and will always remind me of my favorite city!

I like going on day trips...they give me new perspectives.

Last summer I had the pleasure to visit a small island in the aegean sea where I spent most of my time in a beautiful beach club. There they played a selection of perfectly crafted edits of 80s classics during the afternoon hours before transitioning into more electronic grooves towards sunset...

This surprising selection suited perfectly for the lazy hours between the first glass of rosé and the gin-tonics later on and inspired me to do this mix. So sit back, relax and remind yourself that the next summer is coming soon(ish)...
