The Coronavirus Pandemic and the isolation that comes from being on lockdown are putting a tremendous strain on all relationships, but particularly friendships, which one report claims were already suffering from social distancing long before Covid-19.

My guest, Celebrity Journalist, Jawn Murray, wanted to change that and remind everyone of the crucial importance of friendships, especially for isolation survival.
