Go.

Okay, so it's Twilight, but instead of sad, sad people, everyone is sad but also horny.
The vampire just became a vampire and doesn't actually read fiction so doesn't actually understand the concept of vampirism or why vampirism exists.
The human is the only one who knows that the vampire is a vampire. And the werewolf is a werewolf, they don't know about each other.
We have a succubus that comes on in and ends up having a threesome with the werewolf and the werewolf's girlfriend, and it's really awkward because they didn't plan on that. That wasn't intentional, but they got a gift out of it. So that's great. That gift was never used in the campaign.
The human decides to do exactly what the vampire says and instead gets turned into a ghoul by another vampire.
Prime
Oh, my goodness.
This week it's a love of creativity and the art of comedy with Masood Haque! If you caught the easter egg post from a couple of weeks ago, and watched the finale of Generation Fantasy, you are in for an excellent treat as we dive into the mind of the player behind infamous PC, Kent Vanderbuilt!
This episode is a fun time with a lot of passion for the incredible creative outlet that is TTRPG's and Comedy! It's one that you are not going to want to miss!!!

Prime: Now it is time for "Explain it in an Elevator". Here are the rules, so essentially, you are going to imagine that you're trapped in an elevator for one minute with somebody who's never heard of TTRPGs or your campaign, and your goal is to sell them on it.
Are you up to the challenge?
Masood: I think so.
Prime: All right, the timer will start when you hear the beeping, they are running.
Arcadd: Go.
Masood Haque: Okay. Imagine a town in Nebraska named Jenkins. But it's not really in Nebraska.
Take the idea of the bubble or the dome from your favorite sci-fi show, M. Night Shyamalan type village-esque, and leave the idea that there's something more outside the edge.
Now, take that and throw in a bunch of kooky teens, one of which is a very entitled rich boy.
What shenanigans [will] they get up to uncovering the deeper mysteries that lie underneath their town.?
You need to watch Generation Fantasy to find out and the season finale is next Tuesday.
So that's my plug for that.

Go. Okay, so you know that movie "The Mummy", this is the vibe we're going for.
It's the 1920s and all over the world, weird things are happening like, there are cults and they are trying to open a gate for their weird God to come through, but don't worry, four silly bastards are about to stop them.
We've got the former football player, slash little baby journalist.
We've got the secret mom slash art forger who may have connections to the mob.
We've got the adventure scientist who has a very torrid love life, and we have the playboy psychic, okay. These four, because the cults murdered their friend. They're going to save the world. It sounds weird, but they're going to do it.
The end.
In this episode, we dive into the nature of storytelling, world crafting, and the pursuit of fun and good times for all with PenguinDM!
It's another incredible ride and the birth of another semi-lost episode. The lore grows!!! Join us for this amazing Romantic Dinner, and let us know - what do your campaigns usually look like?
Explain it in an Elevator Excerpt:
Hey, so do you like making silly voices in fun stories with your friends?
So, I do this a lot with my friends and other people.
And I've got this idea for a story and maybe you'd want to take part in it.
Do you know what Goblin is? You know what a goblin is? Yeah, you know what a goblin is.
So, so hobgoblins they're kinda like goblins.
They're really not but we can get into that like later. They're different, but they're kind of the same.
So I have this idea for the story where one hobgoblin is, he wants to be a Lich you know what a Lich is? Voldemort? Voldemort. Voldemort is a Lich.
Okay, so Harry Potter, you get it. So he's a Lich he wants to rule the world because that's what hobgoblins are about. I can explain more of that later, but in this story, you would play a hero trying to stop him from taking over the world. Problem is that Lich's are they're very hard to kill, you kill them and they just show right back up.
So you have to go find a thing that he put his soul into, and where are you going?

Today on the podcast we have Shane aka AuldShaneGamer who is joining us for not one, but a few different episodes to share over forty years of TTRPG experience, stories, and tips to keep your table inclusive and safe for everybody!
3...2...1...Go! Okay, so you remember when you were a little kid, and you'd play cowboys and Indians, or cops and robbers and stuff. You're having fun, you run around, but then there's always that one kid, where it's like "I shot you!" "No, you didn't!" Well, now imagine there's somebody there that can arbitrate and say, "Yeah, he did shoot you, Bob."
Now just imagine that you're not just playing cops and robbers you know, you could be spiderman, you could be the Dragon Lord, you could be James Bond, you could be John Wick.
You could be anybody you wanted to, you have your job, you have your life, but who do you really want to be? Well you could do that, and you're doing it with friends, and you're creating this cool, fun story.
Then, at the end of it, you're like, holy crap, what did we just do? This was so much fun. That's what RPGs are about.

On this episode of Romantic Dinner with the DM, it's a double podcast feature with Trevor from Quick Summaries for Short Games! Another excellent podcast out here on the soundwaves!
We discuss the beautiful intricacies of D&D from campaigns short to long and dive into the mind of a Dungeon Master behind the scenes. This episode will also give you the wildest ride we have seen yet on this podcast in terms of awesome campaign arcs and truly INSANELY AWESOME characters!
TrevorQSSG:
"The weird gimmick with this stupid fucking character was, so first, full disclosure, there's a discord full of super good homies that all do radio work and they all have soundboards.
So every once in a while, I'll say something that can be taken out of context and nothing you say is safe. Nothing is sacred. I will to this day three times a week I hear me from the one time I said it about a video game. "It's fun when you beat it."
Prime: So I'm guessing these were the folks in this one-shot?
TrevorQSSG:
"Yes! Yes, so this man went and he downloaded 30 to 50 bird sounds and then decided, to himself, what they all meant."
