Yes you heard him right, the Beaveman does not believe that romantic love exists. He believes that true love is what we feel for our children and our dog. Evidence of this can be seen with our fondness of songs that we believe erroneously are love songs. The Beaveman provides two examples. 
Additionally, this podcast is a great example of the patience and tolerance that the Swan has when it comes to the Beaveman. We all know how much he loves comedy.
