On this week's episode, the Squad unites and things get weird... even for us.  Extraterrestrial things - Steven basically talks about aliens and basically says basically 47 times.  (We didn't actually count, but you can if you want to).  Nolan does a book report on the historical accuracy of the movie Braveheart.  Swan joins us from the Slaptail Nation Chopper with a highly informative, completely serious, definitely-not-ripped-from- The Matrix traffic report. Then, Beaveman takes a sharp left turn into the wild world of compulsive sexual behavior (because why wouldn't we)?  Swan once again attempts to bring the laughs with her "questionably humorous", basically terrible, attempt to tell jokes - badly.

Strap in for questionable facts, inappropriate laughter, and the brand of chaos only the Slaptail Squad can deliver.

The Squad unites to have a paranormal talk with Ivy Supersonic. 

Is it all paranormal talk. Of course not. Something odd happens. Is it just a recording error, most likely, or could it be the presence of Ivy's father throughout the interview? Wanting to believe, the squad leans toward the paranormal. The scientist in Beaveman wins out in the end. Most likely this is a recording error. Possibly Ivy had more than one window open on her browser, perhaps there was interference from her phone. A ghostly voice at 1:25:55 saying her name, or is it a video message playing in the background? The Beaveman was able to remove most of the echo and reverb. Paranormal folks that are interested and can stand to listen to over an hour our crazy sound can check out the video on YouTube. 

It's a fun chat. They talk about Ivy's Paranormal movie and art, Ivy's Beaver, Beaveman's Mandela affect with Shel Silverstein, interpreting photos, clouds, art, and of course, Beaveman wanting to have sex with a hot spirit. Is that cheating?

Beaveman demonstrates once again that his medical topics focus on his love of women. Can that guy focus on anything else? No worries, the Swan delivers a fun story about a Moose on the loose, Steven "the Sitcom" Ortiz rolls in with information about the Buga sphere, and JD hits us with some paranormal activity. Oh, and the Ronz is there to make it cringy. That's why we don't give him a segment. It's a fun time and they wrap it up with Swan's fun new segment where she tells jokes badly. She doesn't disappoint. Thanks for hanging with us and joining us for our collective idiocy. Let's keep making those charts.

The title says it all. The Squad transitions to an actual goofy format. Want to hear some weird history? Nolan's got you covered. Miss the Monsters Lair, we do too, but you can get a tiny taste from the Trailer Park Monster himself, the Dark Lord of Brown Town, JD Hutchins. Have you ever wanted to hear local traffic with all the enthusiasm of Ben Stiller doing a dry eye commercial? No, me either, but Swan has it covered. Of course you want to hear about medical topics with the Beaveman, who wouldn't? As always, the world's greatest podcaster has your back. Finally, you thought traffic was bad? Wait until you hear the Swan deliver some classic jokes in the worse possible way. It's a fun segment, because it is so bad. We had a lot of fun and plan on marching forward with our usual idiocy with just a tiny bit of structure. Thank you to all our fans for supporting us for the past 7 plus years. It's a bucket list weekend. JD Hutchins is onsite with the squad all the way from Fresno, CA. It's a great adventure starting with JD's flight getting screwed up, rush tattoos for the Beaveman and JD, a comedy show where the Beaveman performs, then an overnight drive to Ohio, about 30 minutes from Point Pleasant WV. 

Do we have more recordings? No. The squad consisting of a very high Nolan Johncock and Steven "the Sitcom" Ortiz attempt to podcast while interviewing JD, Swan, and Beaveman. But guess what? It didn't record. No worries, it was terrible. 

Join us for a little chat while we wait in line to get into the famed Mothman Museum. The festival was amazing. We hope everyone can experience it someday.

The plan: play clips of old shows and talk about what we remember, make fun of how we responded, sounded, etc. 

That would have worked out well, had the Beaveman not recorded sound bytes over the clips on the mixer. 

Oh well, we adapted and overcame. What did we even talk about. Let's see, Ronz updated us and then somehow we started talking about the military and the Beaveman's time as an Airborne Infantry Paratrooper. It was a fun little chat.
