Sometimes we can struggle to love our life. I know I have and I almost felt like I was focusing on what wasn’t going lovely and not feeling excited about life. I watched a video by Fernanda on YT about this topic and not only did I realize I was or have implemented some of these things so I know they work but I was also inspired to share and give myself a pat on the back for it.
