// O V E R V I E W
Do podcasts work for each and everyone or only for certain personalities?
If you have a business, we believe 100% that having a podcast supports and it is an asset for that business. And yes, it can work for anybody.
It was that hard at first. But once you get used to hitting the record button, once you start realizing how important it is that your message should get out.
Just find a way to make it, find a way to get it out there.
And then once you start that avenue, and podcasting is your belief in the best way, then it just becomes easy.
It is such an easy avenue that a person can get in for nothing and do for free.
You can do things the right way and get launched and hit the charts and you learn how to monetize your show and learn how to save time versus money.
A good show is really going to have a mix of the interviews and the solos.
There are many people out there, there are many companies out there that can help.
You've created this show, to get busy in your business.
When you have to create your show schedule, interviews, for your podcast in the future, you say, okay, in the future, I’m going to be so busy with XY and z of what I’m trying to do, So I’m only going to have an hour or two a week to dedicate to my show.
So my people, my followers, my tribe will be used to what I do, and a won't be stressful for me in the future.
Do you have to be the number one coach in the world?
No, definitely not. But you have to know and understand your tactics and your training and your beliefs for that.
You're going to have guests on your show that you can learn from and Ron, and I think our first 100 episodes, we probably had more people we learned from versus the other way around.
The podcast is a platform that everyone's willing to come and share their message on.
That 130-minute show is broken up into a whole bunch of micro-content, between videos, quote, cards, still images, stories, and YouTube.
it is literally one thing that's getting used and reused over and over and over again.
It's creating value for the guest. It's creating a value for our company, it's creating a value for our podcast, it's creating a value for Cory and me, it's creating a value all the way around.
In addition to consistency, I want to hear one thing from each one of you that can make the difference between successful and worth podcasts, and the less successful one?
Number one, a successful podcast. It doesn't necessarily mean 1000s or 10s of 1000s of downloads. It could mean 10 downloads,
Mix up your show with the solos and interviews and then you'll start to grow your show.
