In this episode, the group interviews the newly elected PSATS president; Ron Shinault.  Ron is starting his second stint as PSATS president and the group gets to know how Ron started his journey in Athletic Training to his current role of Director of Health and Performance with San Jose Earthquakes. Ron also shares some of his experiences being in a role of leadership and how that previous positions have helped mold his leadership style today.
