Hey there! Long time, no see. Today we've got a chatty episode on making learning fun again. Last week I thought to myself, when was the last time I learned a new skill that I actually keep up with/still use? Was it when I learned how to drive a car? Was it a concept I learned in college? This question made me realize that I want to continue learning things, simply for the fun of it, in 2024. Whether it's pottery, video editing, a new paint medium, I don't want learning to stop just because I'm not in a classroom. 
So here's to trying new things and learning for the fun of it! 💐

Today we're chatting on a feeling that can be so frustrating and deter you from the work you love to do. I wanted to chat about ways that I deal with creative funks and how they are often a sign that you should rest. I've been in a bit of funk and just recently realized that whenever I go through a slump like this, I don't always need to "push through". Sometimes I just a need a moment to breathe, rest and rejuvenate before I dive back into my work! This is something I've learned the hard way, but now I want to implement into my creative routine.
